New features: - Items and containers got new fields: notes, weight, serial number, expiration date, and search metadata. - You can now sort search results by last edited date, name, expiration date, quantity, purchase price, current value and weight. - A new barcode scanner makes it easy to add a serial number to items. It also can be used to search for items by their barcodes. Improvements: - Search just got more powerful. You can now search for multiple words by typing the first letters of each word separated by whitespace. For example, a search term “bl bo” will return a search result “blue box”. The search algorithm now takes into account these fields for finding the best results: name, notes, description, retailer, brand, model, serial number, current condition, and search metadata. - Container Details and Item Details screens got a redesign on iPad. - You can now tap the bottom tab bar icon for navigating all the way back to its initial screen. For example, if you have the Home tab opened, and you tap on a room and on a container, by tapping the Home icon, Container Details, and Room Details screens close and the Locations List screen is shown. - After opening the Search screen, you can tap again the Search tab bar icon to focus on the Search input field. So you can just double-tap the Search tab bar icon to open the search screen and focus on the Search input field.
