Fix bug where deleted notebooks were not removed locally. Also made it clearer that you can either generate html or markdown
Bug Fix: If your Evernote login expires (which by default happens after one year, although you can change it when logging in to Evernote from within the app) then you are now prompted to login again.
* Tables in Evernote are now converted to Markdown tables; * Strikethrough text in Evernote is now converted to Markdown strikethrough; * All Evernote note properties such as Longitude and Latitude are now stored in the Markdown front matter, if they are set.
