This update focuses on fixing issues around merging workouts with incomplete or missing data. - On encountering a workout with no associated samples, MergeFit now tries to synthesize a sample based on aggregate data present in the workout. - FIT files for workouts with no associated samples now include at least heart rate and calories burned data, which Apple Watch or any other fitness tracker should ideally be tracking for all workouts.

Fixed merge failure when trying to merge workouts recorded using Apple Fitness+
