Apple Silicon native support Faster conversion to MP3

Fix songs metadata retrieval for files located on network storage. Fix sorting with click on column header.

Add option to create playlist file with relative paths for songs. To enable this option go to "Advanced" export option and enable "Create relative paths" checkbox.

You can now load and edit M3U playlist files. To load a M3U playlist use "File"->"Load M3U playlist" menu.

•Fixes the issue for macOS 11.5 that causes problems when exporting audio files to FAT formatted drives.
