Whether you want to keep track of your daily step count, heart rate; or even your sleep patterns; this app does it all. Health metrics currently included in the app are; step count, walking & running distance, cycling distance, stairs climbed, active energy, exercise time, height, weight, blood glucose, heart rate, resting heart rate, water, caffeine, mindful minutes and sleep. MAIN FEATURES: - 15 different health metrics including steps and heart rate. - Latest value, line graph and bar chart widgets. - View metric data over different time periods including today, last 7 days and last 30 days. - Small and Medium widgets for every metric. - Dynamic units for each metric. - Light and Dark themes. - Apple Heath integration to fetch health data. Note: the frequency at which widgets refresh data is controlled by the operating system itself. This is not controllable from 3rd party apps.
