Introducing Readiness Score. This score combines your Restful Sleep Duration, Resting Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability into a single number intended to give you a sense of how restored your body was by your night's sleep. These three values have been found to generally correlate to how restorative your sleep was. This score isn’t intended as a clinical measurement, but rather to provide you with a helpful indicator to better plan your day’s exertions.
