◆ EMERGENCY MODE JUST GOT A MAJOR GLOW-UP ◆ You asked, we listened—and made Emergency Mode way more flexible (and a lot smoother to use): - You can now unlock it in two ways: by typing a random code or using a 4-digit passcode. - The passcode can be set by someone you trust (like your accountability buddy, or maybe your cat? Just kidding. Sort of.) - If you go the random code route, you can set the length—but only increase it, not shrink it. (Gotta keep things challenging!) - Once unlocked, you can now disable Strict Mode with a single tap. No more deleting entire rules. - And good news: your Emergency Mode settings now sync across all your devices. (Mac support is on the way!) This was one of our most requested updates—so thank you for speaking up and helping us shape Jomo into the best version of itself. Got thoughts? Bugs? Love letters? Reach out in the app (Profile > Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Us) or drop us a line at hello@jomo.so. We always love hearing from you. ◆ 你好, CHINESE! ◆ Jomo is now available in Simplified Chinese! More languages are coming soon—and if you spot any translation hiccups, let us know. We’re all ears. Want to help us bring Jomo to your language? Reach out at hello@jomo.so! 〜〜〜 Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you love about it. :) Cheers, Laureline & Thomas

◆ NEW STRICT MODE “ON TIME RANGE” ◆ In this update, we’ve introduced the option to apply Strict Mode to a rule within the interval of your choice. This is now fixed. Many thanks to Ruben for helping us troubleshoot this long-standing issue! * The “Apple Journal” icon now appears by default in the screen time reports. * We’ve resolved a few crashes that some of you might have experienced. This version of the app should provide greater stability. Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you love about it. :) See you soon, Laureline & Thomas
◆ UNLOCK YOUR APPS WITH A QR CODE OR NFC TAG ◆ Hey everyone! With this update, distracting apps and websites can remain blocked until you scan a physical key, such as a QR code or NFC tag. Leave this key at home, the office, the gym, or even grandma’s house—just like the distractions! Your phone stays in zero-distraction mode until you return to this object. Now, you can keep work at work or leave Instagram behind, for good. Two ways to use the “QR Code” or “NFC Tag” feature on Jomo: * New Action Rule: Use your QR code or NFC tag as a key to unlock your apps (Rules > + > Action > Scan First). It’s simple: link your key to a rule and lock your apps. To access them, you’ll need to scan the key! * New Break Type: Use a QR code or NFC tag as a key to temporarily unlock your apps (Breaks > Friction > QR Code / NFC Tag). Many of you were waiting for this: it’s here! We’ve taken the time to get it right, and we can’t wait to hear your feedback. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * Were the block screens too bright for you? Fixed! They now come in dark mode. * Is Jomo speaking to you in the wrong language? Change it! Go to Profile > Settings > Language and pick the right one. * Was navigating through Actions & Limits too complicated? We’ve simplified it to make it more user-friendly. * Was the “Random Code” exercise too easy? No problem. We’ve added an “Automatic” mode. With this new mode, the text gets longer after each pause or based on the length of the pause (your choice). * The design of the Squads cards has been revamped to match the rest of the app. * We’ve added the option to set a minimum time between openings for an “App Opens Limit”. In the Shortcuts app, expand all options for the action “Count App Open For Limit Named…”. You can now set the delay via the “Minimum Time Between Opens (Seconds)” property. * And we’ve made tons of small improvements to make your Jomo experience even better! Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you love about it. :) See you soon, Laureline & Thomas
◆ JOMO IS READY FOR IOS 18 ◆ Jomo is releasing new features alongside the new iOS update: * You can now block apps until you log your mood in the Health app (also called State of Mind). Go to Rules > + > Action > Log your mood to try it out! * The app icon now adapts to both dark and tinted modes on the home screen, available with iOS 18. * Widgets have been updated to support the new tinted mode on the home screen. * Start or end a blocking session directly from the Control Center. Create a shortcut using the "Start Session" or "Stop Session" actions provided by Jomo in the Shortcuts app, then access it through the Shortcuts control in your Control Center. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * Collapsed sections in the Rules tab now stay collapsed after restarting the app. * We prevented a bypass on the adult whitelist screen. Many thanks to Steven for the bug report! Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you like about it :) Take care, Laureline & Thomas
**IF YOU’VE SET UP SHORTCUTS AND AUTOMATIONS USING JOMO** We’ve improved our shortcut actions to be more versatile and powerful. Some actions might need resetting, so double-check any shortcuts and automations that rely on Jomo. ◆ JOMO IS BACK FOR THE NEW SEASON ◆ Hey everyone, we hope you had a fantastic summer! The Jomo team hustled to get the app ready for back-to-school season, squeezing it in between two ocean dips. This update has a lot of improvements—let's dive in. ◆ ONE TAB TO RULE THEM ALL ◆ We’ve merged sessions and conditions into a single “Rules” tab. Rules are now divided into three categories: * Session rules block apps and websites during specific time intervals. * Limit rules block apps and websites after reaching a usage limit (time, opens, etc.). * Action rules block apps and websites until a specific action is completed (walk, spend X minutes on an app, manual completion, etc.). This design should make managing and finding screen time rules easier. We can’t wait to have your feedback on this. Reach out through the app (Profile > Messages > Chat with us) or email us at hello@jomo.so to give us your opinion. ◆ ADD NEW APPS/WEBSITES/OPTIONS DURING STRICT MODE ◆ Your second all-time most requested feature is now in Jomo! You can now add apps, websites, or options to your blocklist even if your rule is in Strict Mode. You can also disable breaks in Strict Mode. Thanks to everyone who gave feedback. We hope this makes adjusting your rules smoother. ◆ 4 (!) NEW LANGUAGES ◆ Jomo is now available in Italian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. To report a translation issue, go to Profile > Settings > Language > Report translation issue. To request a new language, go to Profile > Settings > Language > Request new language. ◆ OTHER IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * The interface got a summer makeover with a more modern and friendly design! * Websites are now listed under Safari on the “Home” tab. * We’ve made our block screens consistent across all rules and added 150+ new ones. * We’ve made many small fixes and tweaks under the hood to improve your Jomo experience. * We addressed a bug that stopped screen time data from displaying correctly in some languages. * We fixed a crash caused by generating some emoji stickers.

New in this version: ◆ VACATION 1 - SCREENS 0 ◆ Join our 'Vacation 1 - Screens 0' challenge and enjoy screen-free moments with loved ones. Use your vacation to disconnect from digital distractions and strengthen your bonds. Find a special session template under Rules > Sessions > Templates > Vacation 1 - Screens 0. This event is in partnership with the Screenbreak newsletter. ◆ SET HOW LONG APPS WILL BE BLOCKED ONCE YOUR TIME LIMIT IS REACHED [JOMO PLUS] ◆ In this new version, we are releasing the most requested feature for the iOS app by the Jomo community. You can now configure your app limit as follows: "After X minutes of app usage time, block app for Y minutes." For instance, if you’ve allocated 15 minutes for Instagram followed by a 2-hour block, you can use Instagram for 5 minutes, set your phone aside, return later for another 5 minutes, and so forth until you’ve used up the 15 minutes. Then Instagram will be blocked for 2 hours. We believe this setting will help you create more sustainable time limits. We look forward to hearing your feedback! ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * If you encounter stability issues with time limits, you can turn off real-time monitoring for your limit. Open the detail screen for your limit and go to More > Monitor usage in real time. Turning this off improves tracking reliability but disables the usage duration progress bar and reminders. * We’ve fixed the “Complete Habit” shortcut. * We’ve added a warning message when selecting blocked apps for the “Good Apps First” condition to help you avoid mistakes. * Adjusted height for the “Trends” section on iPhone 12/13 mini for better readability. * The strict mode confirmation alert is clearer and the strict mode password is no longer shown. * You can now block app installations. Open your rule and go to Apps & Websites > Additional options & websites > App installations. * A memory leak that could cause blocking screens to malfunction has been fixed. Thanks to Chris for reporting this problem. * Blocking rules should work again for beta users. * We've fixed a bug where disabling notifications for certain sessions was not properly taken into account. Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you like about it :) Take care, Laureline & Thomas

New in this version: ◆ MEDITATE TO UNLOCK APPS (WITH APPLE HEALTH) ◆ A new Health Goal (highly requested!) is now available: Mindful Minutes. Health Goals are Jomo's brand-new feature that encourages you to reach a specific activity goal to unlock apps. You can now create a rule that says: "If I spend 10 mindful minutes, unlock Instagram" (100% customizable). Most meditation apps (Petit Bambou, Calm, Headspace, etc.) automatically add mindful minutes to Apple Health after each session. Mindfulness invites you to live in the moment and experience the present. A great addition to Jomo! Go to Rules > Conditions > + > To Unblock > Health Goals to try it out. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We have added three more health goals: water consumed, exercise minutes, and time spent in daylight. * Open limits could reset to zero during the day without reason. This issue has been fixed. Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you like about it :) Take care, Laureline & Thomas
New in this version: ◆ NEW HEALTH GOALS: ACTIVE CALORIES, RUN, SWIM AND MORE ◆ In this new version, we’re supporting new metrics for Health Goals: * Active calories * Running distance * Swimming distance * Cycling distance * Workout time As a reminder, Health Goals is our brand-new feature that encourages you to reach a certain activity goal to unlock apps. For example, run 5 km to unlock your favorite mobile game. Go to Rules > Conditions > + > To Unblock > Health Goals to try it out. Enjoying Jomo? New in this version: ◆ NEW CONDITIONS POWERED BY APPLE HEALTH (JOMO PLUS) ◆ 150 minutes of exercise per week, or two and a half hours—that’s the official recommendation from the World Health Organization. Yet 1.4 billion people fall short. Worse still, according to CDC, three out of four American adults are not getting enough exercise. Two and a half hours a week may sound like a lot, but when compared to the 35 hours a week the average person spends on their phone, it's easy to see why we've become so sedentary. It's time to restore the balance! In this new version, we're excited to announce the release of the most requested feature ever on Jomo: screen time rules linked to your physical activity. You read that right—we're introducing two brand-new types of conditions that integrate with Apple Health: * Health Goals: Reach a certain health goal to unlock apps. For example, walk 5000 steps to unlock your favorite mobile game. Go to Rules > Conditions > + > To Unblock > Health Goals to try them. * Dynamic Limits: It's simple — The more you exercise, the more time you unlock on certain apps. For example, you can start your day with 10 minutes of Instagram. Every 500 steps you walk earns you an extra minute. This is 100% customizable. Go to Rules > Conditions > + > To Block > Dynamic Limits to try them. We're supporting two health metrics in this initial release: steps and pushes (for wheelchair users). Many more are coming in the future! If there is a specific metric you want to be added, contact us at hello@jomo.so. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * You can now use an “All except…” blocklist or an app group in a “Good Apps First” condition. * To avoid confusion, whitespaces are now trimmed for passwords protecting strict mode. * We've fixed an issue that could cause the app to freeze when the "Rules" tab was opened. Many thanks to MH and Gabriel for reporting this! * We've corrected a bug where the specified interval was not correctly taken into account when scheduling a condition. Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you like about it :) Take care, Laureline & Thomas
New in this version: ◆ “UNTIL DATE” OPTION FOR STRICT MODE, RULE STREAK AND CUSTOM SNOOZE LIMIT ◆ In this new version, we've added several upgrades to our blocking rules. **Strict Mode “Until Date“** You can now lock your rule with Strict Mode until a specified time in the future. Simply select the new "Until Date" option when enabling Strict Mode and select the date and time of your choice. Thanks so much to Hermann, Philippe, Linden, and Mate for suggesting this. **Rule Streak** We are now keeping track of how long a rule is held. As you may know, our goal with Jomo is to help you create resilient screen time rules that you can maintain in the long term. By showing that you've committed to a rule for 7, 30, 60, or even 365 days, we want to celebrate lasting screen time habits! You can check your streak for a given rule by opening its detail screen. You can also show the streak directly in the rule card by going to Rules > Rule Settings > Display streak in rule card. **Custom Snooze Limits (Jomo Plus)** You can customize the number of times you can snooze a rule or refresh a condition. To do this, go to Rules > Rule Settings > Quotas. You can update limits once per week. In the latest version, we limited the number of snoozes to twice per week by default. We've removed this as you can now customize it to your liking. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We've fixed an issue with the "Habit" conditions where the checkbox would not appear until you force-restarted the app. Thanks to Hunter and Bridget for reporting this. * We've fixed an issue where a "Habit" condition would reset on timezone change. Many thanks to Tristan for his feedback! * We've revamped the screen time settings and the rule settings screens. They are still quickly accessible from the "Home" tab (for screen time settings) and from the "Rules" tab (for rule settings). You can also access both by going to Profile > Settings. Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you like about it :) Take care, Laureline & Thomas
New in this version: ◆ NEW CONDITIONS, LIMIT REMINDERS, STRICT MODE IMPROVEMENTS, AND MORE ◆ In this version, we've made many updates to our blocking rules based on hundreds of feedback from the Jomo community! Our goal? To help you set up smart screen time rules that stick in the long run. Thank you again to everyone for helping us shape the most advanced app blocking system on iPhone/iPad; this version is **MADE BY YOU**. ||| 3 NEW CONDITIONS ||| * Good Apps First: Prioritize the use of "good" apps before others. For example, spend 15 minutes reading on Books to unlock YouTube. * Screen Time Limit: Block time-heavy apps after you've used your phone for a set period. For example, blocking social media or using it more intentionally after 1 hour of screen time. * App Opens Limit: Block apps after opening them a specific number of times, such as blocking Mail after 5 opens daily. ||| GENERAL ENHANCEMENTS FOR CONDITIONS ||| * Breaks are now available on conditions! For example, you can allow yourself a few extra unlocks after you've reached your limit. Unlike native limits, it's 100% customizable! * Reminders on Limits: Receive notifications before you reach your limit, or at regular intervals, to better manage your time. * App groups are now available for conditions. * You can now create reusable condition templates. ||| STRICT MODE IMPROVEMENTS ||| You can now choose when strict mode will be active. Three modes are available: * While Blocking: Strict mode is active only during blocking. This is the default behaviour that you already know. * Always On (Password): Strict mode remains active at all times until you enter a set password. This password can be configured by a friend or family member to keep you accountable, for example. * Always On (Random Code): Strict mode remains active at all times until you enter a random code. You can choose the length of the code. * You can now set the emergency mode code length, and snoozing is limited to twice every 7 days. ||| UI IMPROVEMENTS ||| * A new design for the rule card. * A simplified breaks configuration screen with helpful visuals. * A completely redesigned "Templates" section in the "Rules" tab. We can't wait for you to try out all these improvements! And it doesn't stop there - we'll be continuing to publish major updates to blocking rules over the coming weeks! As always, please keep the feedback coming by reaching out through the app (Profile > Messages > Chat with us) or at hello@jomo.so. We've made major changes under the hood, so feel free to contact us if you encounter any issues. Enjoying Jomo? New in this version: ◆ IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR IOS 16 USERS ◆ Due to technical reasons beyond our control, Jomo can no longer display detailed activity data (such as used applications) on iOS 16. We have updated the "Home" tab for iOS 16 users to accommodate these limitations. You can still view your total screen time for today, as well as access your average weekly screen time and new statistics about time saved with Jomo. **For an optimal experience on Jomo, we advise iOS 16 users to update their device to iOS 17. App blocking will continue to function correctly on iOS 16.** ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We have fixed a bug that prevented app limits and estimated screen time from functioning correctly on iOS 17.4. * A new "Quick Sessions" widget is now available and it is interactive. You will be able to start a blocking session right from your home screen. * We've simplified the process of upgrading from a subscription to the lifetime plan. If you are interested in purchasing the lifetime plan, go to Profile > Settings > Manage Your Jomo Plus Plan > Upgrade to Lifetime. Enjoying Jomo? With App Groups, you can create reusable lists of apps and websites to block. You can easily use these groups in your sessions. When configuring a session, navigate to “Blocked Content” and then select “Link App Group”. The coolest part is that any changes made to a group, such as adding an app, will be updated in all sessions using that group! You can create different groups for various needs, such as fun apps, work apps, or a detox mode that blocks almost everything. Currently, app groups are only available for sessions. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We have revamped our blocked content selection screen to improve legibility and reduce errors. * We have added quick access to the “Healthy Alternatives” screen in the “Rules” tab. * We have fixed a bug where multiple sessions with whitelists were not merging correctly (special thanks to Rayan for reporting this). * We have introduced a new “Is Session Active? (By Name)” shortcut, which allows you to check the status of a session by its name, rather than by an identifier. This is useful if the session whose status you want to know is not necessarily scheduled. * We have fixed an issue where the timer stayed stuck on the start break screen after going to the background. * Two new shortcuts were added: "RedirectIfSessionBlocking" and "RedirectIfConditionBlocking". Thanks to these new shortcuts, you can block any app using Apple's Shortcuts app and synchronize the blocking status with a specific session or condition. * We have improved troubleshooting in various scenarios (login, app picker issues, etc.). New in this version: ◆ JOMO CELEBRATES ITS 1-YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH A BRAND-NEW IDENTITY ◆ Jomo was released a year ago! Since our launch in October 2022, we have built one of the most powerful and comprehensive screen time tools for iPhone/iPad. With several thousand active users worldwide, a rating of 4.8/5 from over 350 reviews, and recognition as one of the top 15 apps created by women in 2023 according to Apple, we are proud of what we have achieved. We’d like to say a big thank you for your continued support and feedback. We couldn’t have done it without you. But this is only the beginning. We are on a mission to build the best app to keep your screen time and focus in check, day after day, on all of your devices! Starting with a refreshed identity: * A more minimalist interface that reflects our vision for Jomo: simple, efficient, and modern. * An upgraded home screen experience: now you can easily switch between different metrics (screen time, pickups, notifications), and phone-free times are better highlighted on the daily graph. * Refined widgets. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * Live activities will now automatically terminate when a compatible session ends. New in this version: ◆ VACATION MODE FOR SESSIONS ◆ Going on holiday? Change of plans? You can now snooze your blocking sessions for the duration you wish instead of deleting them. • If your session is currently active, you can leave early by snoozing it until the end. • Taking a vacation? Snooze your session until you choose to manually reactivate it. Additionally, you can set a reminder; Jomo will automatically notify you when it's time to turn your session back on! This feature is only available for Jomo Plus users. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ • We’ve added clarifications and links to our help center in many areas of the app (squads, blocked content selection, etc.) to make your experience with Jomo smoother. • We've fixed a bug that prevented some users from sending troubleshooting logs (Thanks to Nicolas for reporting the issue). Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you like about it :) Take care, Laureline & Thomas
New in this version: ◆ NEW BLOCK SCREENS ◆ In this new version, healthy alternatives will be displayed on the screen that overlays the apps you've blocked with a Jomo session. By default, Jomo will automatically suggest many alternatives (though you have the option to turn off these suggestions). Additionally, you can still add your own alternatives, which will now be used to further customize your block screens! For instance, you can: * Add a custom message, such as a reminder of an important personal deadline, which will appear each time you try to open a blocked app. * Feature a contact on your block screen, along with a gentle reminder to check in with them. * Suggest alternative "positive" apps that Jomo will recommend you open instead of the blocked ones. We're thrilled about this enhancement and look forward to introducing even more alternatives in upcoming releases. Have a suggestion? We’d love to hear from you! Drop us a line at hello@jomo.so. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We've resolved a crash that was preventing some users from accessing the app. * We’ve refined the screen for taking a break from a session. Given the significant upgrades to our block screen experience, we’ve opted for a simpler, more straightforward version for this screen. Enjoying Jomo? Rate the app 5 stars and tell us what you like about it :) Take care, Laureline & Thomas
New in this version: ◆ UPDATES TO SQUADS ◆ We've introduced several enhancements to squads, making them even more enjoyable and engaging: * The leaderboard now resets daily. * We've added a scoreboard section that showcases the member who had the lowest screen time on a specific day over the past two weeks. Access the leaderboard for previous days by tapping on the desired day. * A new trends section has been introduced. * Avatars now synchronize and will display within squads. ◆ BLOCK IN-APP PURCHASES ◆ With Jomo, you now have the option to block in-app purchases. When this feature is activated, purchases through the App Store or iTunes Store will be restricted while your rule is in effect. To activate, navigate to the blocked content screen > Additional options > Block in-app purchases. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We've implemented numerous stability improvements. * Resolved localization issues (special thanks to Sander and others for reporting). New in this version: ◆ REDUCE SCREEN TIME TOGETHER WITH JOMO SQUADS ◆ As Jomo approaches its one-year anniversary, we are excited to introduce a brand-new feature: Jomo Squads. With Squads, you can invite your friends, family, or colleagues to share their screen time and work together to reduce it. The goal is simple: achieve the lowest screen time in the group for the current week! With the release of Squads, we are also pleased to announce our new family plans. These plans can be shared with up to five other family members. You can find them in our paywall screen by tapping on "Family Plans". ◆ NEW WIDGETS + LIVE ACTIVITY ◆ We've revamped existing widgets and added three new ones: * A "Rules" widget that summarizes all your screen time rules at a glance. * A beautifully designed “Screen Time Chart” widget that displays an estimate of your screen time for the current week. * An "Offline Activities" widget, created in collaboration with certified digital well-being coach Marguerite Pometko, founder of Digibloom. This widget suggests various replacement activities to help you stay away from your phone. Last but not least, your short, one-time sessions will now appear as Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We've updated the design for condition cards. You can now easily change the title of your condition. :) * Sections on the profile screen have been reorganized. * You can now see your daily pickups and notifications from the home screen. * We've fixed app freezes that some of you were experiencing, and improved stability for app blocking. * Jomo Shortcuts are now more easily discoverable through Spotlight. * Interface customization options have been moved to the Settings screen. * If you have set a maximum number of breaks for your session, that limit now applies to breaks taken during the ongoing session interval, not to the last 24 hours as it used to be. If the session is permanent, the limit applies to the current day. Thanks to Sophia and Eduardo for the feedback. Enjoying Jomo? New in this version: We’ve made several changes to prepare Jomo for the next major iOS update (coming this fall). Read the next two sections carefully. ◆ IF YOU'VE ADDED A FOCUS FILTER OR SHORTCUT ◆ If you've been using these, note that there might be issues right after updating to version 1.5.4. To fix this, just reopen your filter or shortcut and choose your session template again. ◆ IF YOU KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SCREEN TIME WITH PERSONALIZED ACTIVITY TAGS ◆ iOS 17 limits modifying these tags from the home screen. From version 1.5.4, you have to go to "Customization > Activities" at the top-right corner of the home screen to change these tags. Unfortunately, all existing custom tags will be deleted after the update, sorry for the inconvenience. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * You can start several sessions with one focus filter now - Thanks to Cesar for suggesting this enhancement. You can now add them manually by going to Home > Customization (icon in the top-right corner) > App icons. ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We’ve made a few changes under the hood to make app limits more stable * We've added troubleshooting hints at several key points in the application Enjoying Jomo? Thanks to Andrea, Jorge and many others for suggesting this! ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * We've revamped the 'quick ideas' feature for sessions and conditions. It's more detailed now, including live events. * App icons are no longer visible outside the home screen and trends section. New in this version: ◆ SCREEN TIME JOURNALING ◆ In this update, we are introducing a brand new feature called "Screen Time Journaling". You can now rate the time spent on apps and websites, and link them to specific activities right from the "Today" tab. After rating a few apps, you will have access to a daily summary of your feelings towards your screen time (are you happy with it or not?). You will also have a clear picture of the activities you engaged in on your phone, empowering you to make changes. You'll receive a notification at 8:30 p.m. every evening, inviting you to complete your feelings for the day. We're the first app in the world to try out this approach on screen time management, and we are incredibly excited to hear your feedback. ◆ HEALTHY ALTERNATIVES ◆ You will now be suggested healthy alternatives right when you need them (for ex., before taking a break from your session). These alternatives are concrete and entirely customizable: looking at family photos, doing sports, calling a friend, drinking water, reading a book. ◆ NEW VISUAL IDENTITY ◆ At Jomo, we're deeply optimistic and we are looking to help as many people as possible be happy with their screen time in the long term. But our design didn't reflect these values enough so we changed it. We've made our brand identity sharper and more confident, so that it better reflects our vision! ◆ IMPROVEMENTS ◆ * A lot of new options for session breaks! You can now set a maximum number of breaks in a 24-hour interval, set a cooldown period between 2 breaks as well as configure a delay before being able to press "Unlock" on the start break screen. (Thanks Ingo for your feedback) * We have added a "Quick ideas" section in both condition and session screens * You can now hide specific apps instead of shielding them when they are blocked by a condition or session. Go to "Settings > Hidden apps" to select apps you would prefer to hide. (Thanks Jorge, Tom and many others for your feedback) Enjoying Jomo?
